How Anti-Slip Systems Work

Anti-slip properties are achieved by broadcasting fine aggregates (aluminium oxide, quartz sand, or polymer grit) into the wet epoxy or topcoat. The aggregate size and density can be adjusted to achieve the required slip-resistance classification — from R10 (low risk) to R13 (very high risk).
